3 interviews, lots of phone calls, redundant questions. They had no idea what they were looking for or how good or bad I was. They basically had no technical question during the process but they tried to tell me that 10 years of experience is not much and I can't ask much money for the position. WHAT? Is this about brain surgery? They tried to impress me with some Automotive names they work with but without luck. I've been working with giants as well. This interview only confirmed what the other interviews are saying: they pay low and my feeling is they they don't actually care about anything else.
