An agency called me and asked me if I was interested in being hired by amada. Wow I thought to myself this is a good opportunity so I gave my week notice at my old job. So the agency set up an interview for me after one week. When I got to a amada I sat in the lobby and waited for one of the supervisors to interview me. When he showed up he took me to the break room and the question he asked if I have an experience running the press brake I told him, the years of experience I had. So he seemed to be impressed I thought. The supervisor took me around the factory and show me all the different departments and then we got to the press brakes and asked me if I knew how to run it. I said yes and he showed me the dies and asked me if I knew the metric system. I told him a little bit.
(No Math test or Bending the parts, are knowing any setups) should have been red flag for me. But I went with it anyway.
