The process was divided in the following stages: 1) Online application 2) Screening call with the HR recruiter 3) Interview with the hiring manager 4) Case study 5) Case study presentation to 5-6 people and a cultural fit interview. Everybody has been very kind and helpful throughout the process and the recruiter did a fantastic job always updating me in time and giving tips or relevant information on the company, onboarding process, salary package etc. The interviewers made me feel relaxed and I think they tried to see the rationale behind candidates' answers and seemed to be open to train/educate employees whenever it's needed rather than expecting 100% perfection from candidates, which doesn't exist. Considering the coronavirus situation, I feel that the company behaved extremely well being very flexible with remote interviewing but also offering flexible working options such as starting dates, working from home etc etc. The company also offers relocation support so that's also very helpful!

1- HR Interview 2- Direct Manager Interview 3- Test 4- Presentation of the test to a panel of directors 5- Didn't get past the panel Direct process and fast. The direct manager gave me a last min. notice that the presentation time is fourty min. not twenty mins as he explained in his home test email, I also interpreted it as a test of working under pressure?. (disappointing)
