I put in my application and in like 2 days I called back and they did an over the phone interview with me. After that they asked if I could come in for an interview. He asked me some basic questions then he asked me when and where was a time I experience bad service and what do I think would be challenging working there. He also wanted me to sell a Stubs card to them. MAKE SURE YOU DO YOUR RESEARCH! They told me they had a few more interviews and would get back to me if I got the job. They called me and offered me the job. Of course I excepted....lol. They then sent me an email with the paper work which takes FOREVER to fill out online and a background check. They then asked me to come in for a paperwork session the following day which is nothing but making sure the paperwork you filled out before is correct. They then told me to come in for training which lasted two days. You basically just come and sit in an auditorium and go over a 103 of PowerPoint. And it takes three hours to finish. You do that for the first and second day of training and then you go online and so your schedule and the first day you start working, there going to train you. The only hard part is getting through the power points which took forever but it was worth it. They are so nice and all my coworkers are fun.
