I applied online and got a call the next week where there was a phone interview (basically just asked if i could abide by the uniform) and then I was scheduled for an interview the next week. The interview consisted of trying to sell the stubs card, I was asked a few situational questions like describe a time when you went to an unclean restaurant, went to an establishment with long lines, and had to interact with someone you didn't know.

Very chill, i wanted a part time job in high school The manager was cool and was personable to talk to. They just asked to sell stubs pamphlets ( I think the program is different now).
Applied online and then was called in for interview. The HR manager conducted the interview, and afterwards I received an offer. Typical questions like name a stressful situation and name a time you had to overcome a difficult situation.

they push rewards cards, show you a walkthrough of the theatre and the staff break room. they ask you your shirt size and your favorite movie (that is the fun part)
