The interview process was well‑organized and moved smoothly through four stages. It began with a short 15‑minute phone call with a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, who provided a clear overview of the role and the company. This was followed by a 30‑minute online technical interview with the Development Manager and Technical Team Lead, which focused on practical technical discussion. After that, I had a 30‑minute on‑site interview with the Head of Engineering that gave good insight into the team and engineering culture. The process finished with a 30‑minute online interview with the HR Partner to cover values, expectations, and next steps. Overall, the experience was professional, efficient, and transparent.
