The interview process at AMCS was well-structured and thorough. It began with an initial HR screening call to discuss my background and expectations. This was followed by a technical interview to assess my skills and problem-solving abilities. Afterwards, I had a round with the Head of Engineering, where we discussed the role in more detail and explored how I would contribute to the team. The final round was with the HR Business Partner, focusing on company culture, values, and any remaining questions. Throughout the process, the interviewers were friendly and professional, making the experience comfortable and informative.

Entrevista
I had HR screening first and then 3 rounds of interviews with them. None of the interviews was technical. Interview formats were like a causal technical conversation rather than a strict interview. The final round was planned for 50 minutes however it was overrun by 20 minutes. At the very end of the final round interview, I received a few technical questions and I answered most of them correctly. No offer had been made and no feedback was given either. Seemed like a disorganised company.
