April 4 2011 First interview - Over 60 recent graduate gathered in Cafe for the interview. I
was interviewed with the manager of 3D/Workstation team,
asked about what I did before, how am I familiar with D3D /
OGL pplications.
April 12 2011 Phone interview - How many way of connection from Desktop to the graphic
card? There were 4 types, VGA, analog signal; DVI-I (both
digital and analog), DVI-D (digital only), DVI-A (analog), and
there single link and dual link; DP (digital) port; HDMI (both
video and audio signal, digital) port.
April 18 2011 Second interview - Interviewed with current manager (2D team) and manager
from WHQL. Asked laptop troubleshooting problem, such
as what is there is no network, what is mostly caused
problems? If the resolution of changing from 1080p to
640x480, will the desktop become larger or smaller? What
is 1080p? What is extension of blu-ray file? If you filed the
issue to developer and developer said he/she cannot fix,
how do you handle this situation? Do I have vehicle to travel
to work?
April 27 2011 Call from HR - Told me that I was hired, asking when I was available? Then
he sent me official contract to sign and prepared for
background check.
