Friendly and patient. The process took well over two months from the preliminary phone call to the final step. They were always open to ask any and all questions and I was always left satisfied.

Quite extensive, but for good reason as they don't want to hire someone who will misrepresent the company in an area across the country from HQ. Final round is done in Birmingham where you take 1-2 days to interview with a list of higher-ups regarding your background and skills. Travel is paid for by that step and very accomidating.
