I only interviewed with the recruiter. I was literally a 99% match based on skills and experience. The recruiter asked me what year I graduated college ( basically an indirect way of asking me my age). I’m over 50… it’s not hard to put 2 and 2 together! The recruiter was inexperienced overall and isn’t great at interviewing. Do better, ACIPCO!
