Two phone interviews and then in-person, if you make it that far. AIC is a great company but their interview process is stressful because staff are not always responsive. I never got an offer after interviewing multiple times with staff which is fine, I wasn't the right match for them at the time but, no one ever told me. Their response time between emails and interviews were too long. Typically they use Skype for interviewing.
