No communication from them afterwards. Interviewing person doesn't have a clue of anything and seem rude. Not professional at all. If you have the correct skills and knowledge I wouldn't work there just by looking at their first impression.

Applied online. Received an email request after one month for a phone interview with Human Resources. The phone interview was with a very nice woman, and the focus was mainly to confirm what was on my resume and to see where my ambitions were. I believe a day or so later, she emailed me to schedule a in-person interview the following week at Rosemead, CA facility. Covid protocols were in-place which I really appreciated at an engineering and science facility. I was met at the lobby, masks required inside, HR took my temperature with a hand-held scanner. I interviewed with two male engineers. I met first with the Engineering Manager in the conference room where they had sample parts they manufacture in-house. We had a really nice discussion about I didn't feel there were any hardball questions. The second Engineer was also a very nice gentlemen, who gave me additional insights into the current needs of the position and the wide range of skills and abilities that would be needed immediately.
