The interview process was disorganized. I had applied months before I got called for an interview. The hiring manager wasn't very responsive to any questions before hand and set the date by leaving a hard to hear voicemail. The interview was five 15 minute talks with individuals. I didn't think this was enough time to get a full grasp of anyone/anything. However, I thought it went over well and it seemed like a good fit and they all mentioned how they really need more people. When I followed up I got called the wrong name by the hiring manager.
