Got an email asking if interested. Company sent out a very basic profile and screening package. Once completed, interview questions were emailed in advance, with a phone and in person interview conducted. Offer was received, but took over 2 months without any follow on communication. What struck me most about the process was that it did not fit what one would expect from a technology company. The forms were over 10 years old, questions that should have been asked in person/phone were provided in advance, and the actual interview was more a conversation around how great it was to work at AMI. There was no probing or validating of my stated skills. A few questions are included. Having now been here a while, I can tell this process was used for all hires.
