the hiring process was quick and relatively easy, I was immediately contacted after submitting my resume. The process of orientation was long though, there was one week of hospital orientation which is paid, but you learn about all the other departments. And then there was 3 weeks of guided orientation on the unit I would be working on.

Applied online. Received an email a few days later to set a phone interview with the recruiter. After the call with the recruiter, the recruiter called back a few hours later to set an interview with the hiring manager. Heard back from the recruiter 3 business days later with the offer and orientation date. All basic interview questions.

Entrevista
I first received a call and had a phone interview and then I met with the assistant unit director for 1;1 interview. It was a very laid back interview and I heard back from the recruiter the next day with the job offer.
