interviewers honestly seems very disinterested in what I had to say. they interviewed me for a position in a sector I had no obvious interest in. I did not feel welcomed during the interview at all.

The interview started with a case study in which you, the Social Worker, make an assessment and proposed an intervention plan to address the presenting issue. The interviewers did not ask any questions regarding my assessment nor proposed intervention plan which suggests that they were more interested in understanding my thought process. Apart from that, it involves the usual questions you would expect in an interview.
