Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 3 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela AML RightSource em mai. de 2019
Entrevista
Was contacted by HR I applied online. HR was quick to send me an online assessment ( IQ/Personality test which took about 12 minutes) and the results earned me a phone interview. The phone interview was with a hiring manager potentially (HR didn't actually provide me with any information about who would be conducting the phone interview but it was not HR). The phone interview was about 15 minute, asking about my experience and AML knowledge. I was advised by the interviewer to expect HR to be in touch regarding a written assessment. Thirty minutes after my phone interview I receive an email from HR asking me to complete the written assessment. Completed the written assessment and returned it to HR within an half an hour of receiving the email. I was told that they needed someone to start at the job on June 3. I have not heard back from anyone at this company despite multiple follow up emails with HR. The company's treatment of candidates says plenty about how they treat employees in general.

Very easy going, conducted on zoom, asked questions about my current experience and my education. Probably lasted about 30
minutes or so. I don’t remember too many questions being asked that were detailed, high level answers were permissible.

It was pretty easy as your are fresher they would ask you from your resume and some knowledge of AML which can be done and after that they will conduct English proficiency test which need to be cleared.

One of the easiest interviews I've ever had. I basically just explained my past work experience and skills, and was asked a few yes/no questions. I was more or less told they were going to offer me the job in the interview, then I was called a few days later with the verbal offer.
