Very standard: submitted resume on website, phone interview and first one on one interview. One upper management interview and a character assessment on the internet

Easy, and everyone was friendly. Made it comfortable, but asked good questions with lots of follow up. Drug screening took longer than it needed to and the company that did it lost my results which delayed the hire.

Entrevista
Lengthy, 3 different interviews with different individuals. Direct, positive, to the point. Several question but in the end felt more like conversation with a mentor. Each individual asked about my last experience, what new I could bring to the table and where I wanted to go. Also asked why I wanted to join their organization.
