Quick. Some contracts don't even require one-on-one phone interviews. For select hospitals you call into a voicemail line and answer questions to a pre-recorded voice and they offer jobs simply off of that.

Voicemail style interview questionnaire. A prerecorded question is asked followed by a beep and you record your answer. The one interview allow them to automatically book you at various hospitals.

It's a strange thing that they do with their screening. You take a test and then a pre-recording comes on and you have to answer questions. The recording goes on another question in two minutes so you have to think about what you're saying and that is very difficult sometimes

Just a lot of me calling and calling and getting passed around to several recruiters. Just a waste of everyone's time. They make you record a fake interview that tells nothing about what the actual place is like.
