Outgoing personalities are also a plus to have because you will be engaging in communication with multiple clients. Be prepared to set aside at least 2-4 hours of your day. If management has free time you will be interviewed by all of them, which can consume more time. Bring in a note pad as there will be a lot of questions and things you may not understand that goes on. There is a lot to take in.
