Applied online then contacted for a phone interview 4 days later. The phone interview was about 30 minutes with a recruiter involving AMPED I's past and some behavioral questions. The recruiter then talked about my results on the "cultural index survey" which involved selecting quality that described oneself. I thought this was a waste of time as anybody can say they have certain qualities. I received a rejection email a week later. I'd gladly interview with AMPED I again!
