Entrevista
Apply on line and wait, and wait until they gather enough applicants to stage the interview process. The interview process consisted of a basic EMT written test and then a single station practical test. Then you sit don with a supervisor for a short interview where they ask you the basic questions about work and EMS experience, what your future plans are, and where you see yourself being in five years. From there you will get a call and letter offering you a position, stating what your hourly rate will be, and the start date for orientation. One week of orientation and a physical agility and driving course test at the end. Physical agility consists of stretcher in/out of bus, "stair climb", carrying ALS gear up/down stairs, stair chair with dummy up/down stairs, two minutes of CPR, and airway management in the back of an ambulance. Driving course is a basic EVOC course. After that it's it testing, familiarization with ePCR used by AMR, and then field training until your FTO feels your ready to be released. There is also some corporate compliance training done online. Hardest part was getting through the orientation without falling asleep.

Just beware that if you apply for full time and get a call, it does not mean you are being hired for full time. Make sure you clarify that before you accept the job.

The interview itself was fine and people seemed really nice but what they advertise on the website and what they actually require were different.
They said they were hiring part time employees and when I went in for interview, they were only hiring full time employees. Also, they only have orientation once a month, and if that doesn't work for you, you have to reapply and prepare the documents all over again like the livescan and the drug test because they have to be up to date. I wasted a lot of time and money during the hiring process for this company because they weren't transparent about the expected process.
Good. Phone interview due to Covid pandemic. Can be a little awkward however. Overall a good experiences. Typical interview questions. Past job experience, how you would handle a certain situation... etc

Entrevista
Interview, skills test, PAT. Pretty easy going, they expect you to come well dressed and groomed, prepared, on time, and with all of your certifications and documentations ready to be read and presented. Expect to discuss BLS or ALS protocol questions, treatment questions, pathophysiology questions, s/s q's, etc. Personal questions, scenario questions, examples of actions you've taken in the past questions
