Entrevista
Three individual interviews followed by a written skills test then a practical skills test. After accepting the offer you precept in all service areas for a minimum of two weeks with FTO's. They decide if they want to keep you based on the feedback given by the FTO. Overall, the process was straight forward if your knowledge and skills were adequate. If offered an interview, the applicant needs to study National Registry prep materials for the written and practice assessments and skills for the practical or you will not do well. AMR only hires competent and professional individuals, who can reliably treat patients and work as a team.

Straight forward and streamlined, nice interviewers, skills assessment after interview to verify proper skills, pertinent questions to why you would or should get the job, overall a good experience and would recommend to others
Easy interview, mostly checking for general competency. We covered a handful of job related questions, a couple of general "get to know you" questions, and then discussed when my start date could be. Overall pretty straightforward.

There was two people interviewing me taking turns asking questions. While I was responding they were typing out my responses for their boss to review and determine if I was eligible to hire.
