I had 3 rounds - 2 via phone and 1 face-to-face. I was contacted by an internal recruiter from Belfast first. He was really nice and gave me a lot of information about the company and the position itself. Then his assessment was forwarded to the Hungarian site. Within a few days a Hungarian colleague called me to have a second round screening. Then I had to wait for a few days to get invited for the F2F. I was It was really good experience, had nice conversations. They were interested in my experience first and got skill-based questions. We really went into details during the process, but it was reasonable.
