I applied to a virtual recruiting role and was contacted by an internal recruiter. We set up a time to speak formally and she never called. She then sent an email asking to reschedule. We set up another time and she was over 30 minutes late for the call. After getting past that hurdle, we had a good conversation about opportunities that would be a fit for my background. She was going to follow up with me on Monday - and I NEVER heard back from her. I reached out several times with no response. No email, no call, nothing.

I interviewed for the Senior Recruiter role and was left waiting for feedback well past the promised timeline. Despite following up, I was completely ghosted. For a company that claims to lead in recruitment, their handling of candidates is shockingly unprofessional. If you value your time and effort, look elsewhere.

Three rounds of interview: one with my future manager, one with their manager and one on site interview with the client. The interview took place in 2018. The interviewers were incredibly nice and accommodating.
