I had 2 interviews with 3 people in one day.The first was with the HR recruiter, asked me some HR questions and showed me with passion the company's corporate culture, the second with FO and Accounting supervisor. I was asked 5-6 questions in the field of Accounting ( Greek Code of Books and records, Inventory valuation methods, Invoicing, General ledger inventory, COGS, packing list ). I replied in details and FO told me that i am logistician rather than accountant. Lack of MCDA and conflct between corp.culture and finance department
