ANB Systems got acquired by DNV. I got screened by a recruiter who works for DNV. I had screening call, my profile got shortlisted. 1st round selected, no results were shared, reached HR after 2-3 days got result. 2nd round in office - interviewer said: it will be diff role and responsibility so u will be having training, etc. i agreed (selected) and on spot attended 3rd round with HR. I didn't receive call back Abt my results even after 4 days. So reached HR and followed up. He said he didn't get the feedback he will get back in NXT business day. After 2 -4 calls, Sms, he picked my call and said that the interviewer said that I had more internships so they said I'm not selected. If that's the case, then why should they in first place shortlist me for 1st round and then for subsequent rounds. My efforts and time I spent there all went in vain. Really had worst experience. Didn't expect such practices from reputed mnc.

Had 2 levels of Telephonic interview. Overall the interview experience is good. Results for each round were announced almost in a day or two. Offer letter released in a weeks time after completing the final interview.
