Two person interview process. Asked mostly about my experience and then allowed me to ask questions. Very straightforward with no surprises. Interviewed with the head of the service desk and then the head of the department. Most asked the same sorts of questions. Mostly interested in my experience and skills. Asked about hours I'd work, noting the desk is open 24 hours. I have little experience and so I understand they had to filter me.
