The interview process at ANZ was an online digital interview that took approximately 20 minutes to complete. It was about 6 questions regarding situations and how you handled it in the past
Application process started from a phone call to do assessments then to an in-person interview. Was asked behavioral questions and did a role play through a phone call with a customer with the interviewer.

Got passed through to an online interview after completing assessment. There was a lady asking the questions and then they had it written out on the next slide. From what I remember I think they give you 2.30 minutes to think of an answer
