Applied after going through the ad and got a call around 3 days later scheduling an interview at very short notice for the next day itself. I read the glassdoor reviews before going and was apprehensive because the reviews were negative. It so turns out that it was all true. They expect you to invest your own money and trade after promising a training in the ad. The trading results and profits are what decide your eligiblity for the position. Further, if selected the training programme promised is just a 3 hour session with links from the web which you can do at home yourself. If selected as a junior trader, you get no salary for three months that you are under probation but only the share from profits that you generate. The office has no one so do not expect a working environment as such because it seems like a work from home thing. Also for foreigners, I am not too sure they sponsor visas.

The interview was conducted online. You have to go through 3 stages including written test, demo trades and live trades. It will be easy for those who have basic trading experience.
