Supposedly world-class, but trivially limited knowledge from management end. Barely any question of value posed. Not even remotely a challenging experience. Ended up saying more than was asked for, because I knew the subject anyway, while they were doubtful.
Technical Round: technical interview will be conducted by manager and more of compliance(RoHS directive, REACh ,IMDS)For experienced person, he will discuss about previous organisation process and compliance management
HR Round: General interview and salary discussion
