Really easy! Only one interview (internal position) and it was very respectful and a good environment to make my case for application. I would recommend ! Need some more words
Straightforward and efficient. Questions were reasonable and the process was outlined clearly. Fair interviewers. Questions pertained to both knowledge of pharmaceutical/CMC processes and general project management best practices, as well as HR-related questions.
