Entrevista
I had 2 phone screenings with the APCON recruiter and 2 phone interviews with my manager. For my interview in person, I met with 3 different people separately. It was lengthy, but not too difficult....2-3 months later I got a call back with the job offer. I'm not sure if the process is as long for everyone else, but that was my experience (shrugs).

Entrevista
I interviewed first with 4 managers in the marketing team, and then the owner. Management seemed nice, I felt good about working with them. Management did repeatedly ask me how I would handle a difficult communication scenario.
The owner/CEO was difficult, and not someone I would care to work for. He repeatedly accused me of lying about how I left my previous position, and insisted that I must have been fired because no one would leave a job without another one lined up. He didn't want to review my portfolio, and instead asked me questions about copywriting. He seemed confused when I tried to explain what a Graphic Designer was.
