I had a Teams call with Victoria. She went through the role and told me about the company and its growth. I was excited to hear more as she spoke with so much passion. She asked me about my goals and my background and asked me why I thought id be a good fit? I then met with the sales director Alex who told me more about the news paper groups they work with and his expectations.

I applied and didn't hear back till a month later. Really quick turn around after that - I got a call on a Wednesday, video interview the next day with a task to hand in by the end of the wee and an offer the following Monday.
