The process was turnkey the everyone was very talented and accomplished. Went through a recruiter who set up the interview with the manager. After the interview was approved then I traveled to the home office for the final with everyone in house including the VP of sales.

Phone interview with hiring manager leading to a face to face interview with VP of Sales and other marketing folks. Two month process before offer letters were submitted. Need to close the hiring manager is very important to make it to the next step in the process. The interview was typical.
