Deeply hostile environment. A lot of red flags — There was no engagement, CEO not paying attention, no interest in applying methods beyond is currently being used (is a head of innovation position after all). Interview interrupted abruptly (not by the CEO) with the decision that I was not the right candidate. There was no conversation between members of the panel. Feel that someone had been chosen internally and this was a formality. Unprofessional, expected more of an NGO such as apopo.
