1. Phone call and introduction with the talent acquisition specialist. Scheduled a interview. 2. Interview with the senior full stack engineer (he was very nice and gave few good Spring Boot related advices) 3. I received an email that feedback was positive and they are ready to continue with me. Now the worst part. I sent my documents and everything to the talent acquisition specialist to start my hiring processes and never got answer from him anymore. 2 weeks later I decided to email again and asked to tell me if they changed their decision. Again no answer. This is so unprofessional and I'm very disappointed, tho the first impression about the company was very good.
