Submitted my cover letter and resume online and received a email from the creative director to schedule a panel phone interview. After walking them through my online portfolio, a in-office interview was scheduled and I received a phone call with an official offer within the week.

Initial communicaton with the company was good, got me in right away. Came in for a 2nd interview a week later and then nothing. It turned out that the information they provided me was false when it came to advancement, turn over, annual salary increases and bonuses. Office was nice.
