Interview Experience – Disappointing Lack of Communication
I went through a thorough and time-consuming interview process, including an in-depth application, written responses to screening questions, a virtual interview, and a one-on-one interview that I felt went very well. Despite my efforts, I was completely ghosted afterward. I sent a prompt thank-you email and followed up, but I received no response.
While feedback would have been greatly appreciated after investing so much time in the process, the lack of communication is ultimately a red flag about the company’s culture. If this is indicative of how they treat candidates, I can only imagine what it’s like to work there. Unfortunately, I’ve seen others share similar experiences, which makes this even more disappointing.

Very straightforward - reached out with my resume, COO responded promptly with dates to schedule an interview, I was on a trip and they were more than accommodating, completed the interview via video with COO and CEO.

Entrevista
Interview process started with an AI interview where you recorded yourself answering interview questions.
Second step was an intensive personality type test, the DISC test.
They reached out to schedule the third step which was the first one-on-one interview with an actual person. And said if that went well the fourth step would be an interview with a whole panel.
Day of the third step interview arrives and I'm in the Zoom Interview Room 2 minutes early, it says the room owner is still in another meeting and to wait - no problem!
17 mins later still says that - I email to check in. Exit and re-enter the room, keep waiting
32 minutes late it still says that - I email and message, check all my links, exit and re-enter.
Eventually I leave the room after being stood up for almost an hour.
I email and message politely again asking if I had the wrong link or if there was a miscommunication..
I email again on the following Monday asking again and asking if we should reschedule..
Straight up ghosted.
How unprofessional.
If they can't communicate and are happy to waste over an hour of your time for nothing, don't bother trying with them.
