A pleasant and straight forward process. There was an initial half hour video call to talk through the role, my CV/experience and why I applied for the job etc. More detailed than a typical phone screening. The 2nd interview (also video call) involved preparing a task in advance (which didn't take long) and talking through how I approached it. Both interviews were conducted by the hiring manager alone which made it feel more laid back than most other interviews I've had. There were tonnes of opportunities to ask questions and the interview and task were both invaluable for offering me insight into the work I would be doing, which is ultimately why I accepted the job. The only negative has been response times - it took about a month after applying to receive an interview, and in between interviews I was typically waiting a 1-2 weeks to hear back.
