Assessment centre called asda magic - this was an interview with standard interview questions type tell me about a time when.... questions were customer service related obviously.
Later I have a quickey go to have a look how does it go on the shopfloor and get familiar with facilities.
I've left the store in around 1.5h that included interview and showing around the storest.
I got an offer after 3 days confirming the hours I can work.
General experience of interview and first weeks of work is good.

Fairly straightforward, just asked about me and then work experience I had done, a few tell me a time questions then they took me round the shop for an activity
It was an easy interview process for me, they explained everything very very clearly and lots of lots of help was given to arrange the times and dates of the calls and interview.
Applied online and got sent a job simulation test. Completed the test and then got a call to come in for an interview. Went in for the interview and it was general questions about what makes good customer service.
