Entrevista
Filled out the application online and got invited to an assessment day about a week later. The day comprised of a few group exercises and an individual interview. They asked the usual behavioural questions, such as "tell me a time you have delivered excellent customer service" etc.

When have you provided excellent customer service?
They just asked a bunch of questions about my previous experience and basically just went through my CV. There were a couple of other questions but I forgot what they were.
Mostly team building exercises, building houses out of cards and getting to know you questions. There was about 10 of us, maybe more. It felt a bit silly and not really like a job interview. They didn't really ask us anything, just observed how we interacted with each other.
