I applied online and was contacted for a phone interview with HR. The call lasted 30 minutes, and was a generic screening call. At the end of the call, they said they would like to schedule my next round with two senior product leaders. After a week, I still heard nothing so I called back to ask about the interview. They told me they were still trying to work around availabilities and time zones to schedule it. After yet another week, there was still no word. After a third week, they emailed to say the interview would likely be the next week and asked for my availability. I shared my very flexible availability, and heard nothing back. Four weeks after that email, I received an automated system response telling me the position was filled. Very unprofessional, very impersonal, and very opaque. Not the kind of company I ever wish to work for.
