No one knew what they were doing had me hanging around for an hour waiting , 3 different people asking basically the same questions , didn’t hear back until I called them

- had a group briefing on the task
- went to the shop floor to practice stacking shelves
- stacked shelves for a bit then got the opportunity to ask questions as a group
