Solo interview with 2 members of staff interview, lasted around 45 minutes, scenario based questions such as how you would deal with difficult customer, examples of going out of your way to help a customer, team work etc
It was a very simple interview process with a lot of positive questions asked about my experience. There were some group acitivities also which included some customer service role plays.
Easy friendly interview. Just checking I had all the relevant paperwork for my right to work in the UK. And also what hours I would be able to work for them.

Very relaxed, basically just asked me when can I work, all about my availability, nothing personal. Quite a quick process from interview to job starting. Think they were desperate for home shoppers.
