I was called up after applying on the company website, we arranged an interview Time and date that was good I was asked what I do in my free time and what I enjoy doing and what I have been doing since my last job I was then told how I would be contacted if I got the job or not

Online tests followed by casual interview with manager, this was then followed by a group selection task with 10 other applicants, of which 2 were offered a job. Another interview with a manager of the department you applied for was then done before being offered a contract
