Fiz uma entrevista na empresa ASDA (Alloa, Scotland).
Entrevista
A group talk where you would discuss your availability, personal interests and why you wanted to work there. Very casual when talking to the employers. Took a while to get back after the interview.
They just asked a bunch of questions about my previous experience and basically just went through my CV. There were a couple of other questions but I forgot what they were.
Mostly team building exercises, building houses out of cards and getting to know you questions. There was about 10 of us, maybe more. It felt a bit silly and not really like a job interview. They didn't really ask us anything, just observed how we interacted with each other.
