The interview process was really easy. The same day I inquired for a job position they gave me the interview. It was informal, we were two people interviewing with the assistant manager. It was like a really casual talk about myself, what I like to do, why I am looking for a job. They asked for my availability and why I liked asics.
Very friendly staff, very welcoming and a comfortable interview. Gave me lots of inform about the job and asked me questions about why I want the job and what I would bring to the team. Also spoke about my interests outside of work and what I do with my spare time

It is a group interview. Twenty or so people there, where you split up in group of three where they test you on merchandising skills, customer complaint skills, and sales skills.

Short interview with questions aimed at understanding why you would want to work there. Come prepared , however the interview was quick and easy. I don't regret interviewing or taking the position.
