Interview with the recruiter, then with the manager I'd work with and someone from the diversity team, then 2 rounds of interviews with programmers and managers that later on they said we'd almost not interact with. 1st and second parts were really nice and easy. 3rd part, during those 2 rounds of interviews, people didn't seem to know what was my job or how to conduct an interview, so the process was rather awkward and tiring. The HR's intention was to reduce bias and guarantee they had diverse and inclusive hiring, except that this 3rd part included 4 white cis men and women.
