Interview process was simple. Assistant manager was very nice and easy to speak with. Questions were straight forward and based on past experience. A passion for running or sports is helpful
Very friendly staff, very welcoming and a comfortable interview. Gave me lots of inform about the job and asked me questions about why I want the job and what I would bring to the team. Also spoke about my interests outside of work and what I do with my spare time

It is a group interview. Twenty or so people there, where you split up in group of three where they test you on merchandising skills, customer complaint skills, and sales skills.

Short interview with questions aimed at understanding why you would want to work there. Come prepared , however the interview was quick and easy. I don't regret interviewing or taking the position.
